Borse Frankfurt is the world’s tenth largest stock exchange by market capitalization. With a turnover of more than 85 per cent, it is the largest of Germany’s seven stock exchanges. Deutsche Borse AG operates the Frankurt Stock Exchange. The latter facilitates advanced electronic trading, settlement and information systems. It is able to meet the steadily growing requirements of cross-border trading.

The above mentioned bonds have now also been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s Open Market and the Vienna Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF). The Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s Open Market and the Vienna MTF are multi-lateral trading facilities which do not take the form of Regulated Markets and are therefore not subject to same prospectus and transparency regimes.
