Timberland Securities Investment plc was incorporated in Malta on the 30 January 2015. This company has been raising capital since 2016 and its securities have been authorised for public offering in terms of a Base Prospectus for each bond issue as drawn up in accordance with the Prospectus Directive as approved by the Financial Market Authority of Liechtenstein. The Base Prospectus of each bond issued has been passported to a number of EU jurisdictions in terms of the Prospectus Directive.

Timberland Invest Ltd (“TIL”) is a private limited liability company incorporated and existing under the laws of Malta under registration number C60291. Timberland Invest Ltd is authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority to conduct investment services business under the Investment Services Act (Cap 370). The registered office is at Timberland Invest Ltd, CF Business Centre, Gort Street, St Julians STJ 9023, registered under the Maltese registry of companies.
