Borse Frankfurt is the world’s tenth largest stock exchange by market capitalization. With a turnover of more than 85 per cent, it is the largest of Germany’s seven stock exchanges. Deutsche Borse AG operates the Frankurt Stock Exchange. The latter facilitates advanced electronic trading, settlement and information systems. It is able to meet the steadily growing requirements of cross-border trading.

TSI PLC’s 3.75% Bond 2018-2023 and the 4.6% Bond (2018-2028) have been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s Open Market, an exchange regulated market which does not take the form of a regulated market and is therefore not subject to the prospectus and transparency regimes applicable to Regulated Markets.
