Endo Group launches €23 million 5.75% bond issue…

Endo Group has launched a €23 million bond issue carrying a 5.75% fixed annual coupon, redeemable in 2036.

The Malta-based group, which operates in tanker ownership, ship chartering, ship-to-ship services and property, will use the proceeds to refinance existing debt, settle outstanding obligations relating to the Endo Gregale oil tanker, and support general corporate funding.

Approximately €11.8 million will be used to refinance private placement notes issued in 2022 and 2023, replacing debt carrying coupon rates of 6.0% and 7.5%, which is expected to reduce the group’s financing costs. A further €6 million will be allocated towards lease obligations on the Endo Gregale, the group’s largest vessel, acquired in 2023. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

As at 31 December 2025, Endo Ventures Ltd, the guarantor of the bonds, reported €60.3 million in consolidated assets and €19.2 million in total equity.
