Glorianne Xuereb

Glorianne started her career as an audit senior with KPMG, whereby she gained valuable experience in the audit practice. She was involved in the audits of Malta registered entities, including medium and large-sized entities, and assisted clients with the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS as adopted by the EU and local regulatory framework.

In 2012, Glorianne joined Alter Domus, a leading corporate service provider, whereby she managed a varied portfolio of international clients and acted as the main liaison for all matters relating to these clients including the preparation of management accounts, financial statements, payroll, tax and vat issues. Her skills in financial accounting were applied to various sectors.

In 2017, she decided to move to the industry, and it was then when she joined Coast2Coast, an international private equity firm, as a Finance Manager to head their Malta finance function. Her main responsibilities included transitioning the finance function of a group of companies from a third-party provider, ensuring that high-quality management accounts are timeously across the group while managing a team. She also supported the group with regards to forecasting its funding needs both for operational and investment purposes.

In 2019, Glorianne decided to pursue her career with Timberland Securities Investment plc as a Financial Controller, heading the Malta finance function for the Malta Group of Companies.

Glorianne is a Certified Public Accountant and her academic qualifications include an Hons degree in Accountancy and a degree in Management from the University of Malta. She is also a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants.
